Residential accounts are generally considered private homes or residences operating less than 5 pieces of fitness equipment for the sole use of its owners and are not under the stresses commonly found in commercial settings.
 
Hourly Rates:
First Hour - Including: Travel, Set Up and Diagnosis   $145
Additional Hours - (billed in ½ hour increments)   $ 90

Commercial accounts as those facilities that operate generally more than 5 pieces of fitness equipment regularly for public or private use and are located in commercial or multi-unit residential complexes. Because of the greater potential for multiple service calls due to the larger volume of use. service rates have been adjusted as follows.
 
Hourly Rates:
First Hour - Including: Travel, Set Up and Diagnosis   $115
Additional Hours - (billed in ½ hour increments)   $ 70

B & K Fitness offers preventative maintenance contracts for both Residential and Commercial accounts. In addition to the reduced costs often associated with regular up-keep and maintenance of your fitness equipment , discounts on parts and labor are applied to accounts with Preventative Maintenance agreements.
 
Preventative Maintenance Agreements are assessed on a case by case basis based on the models, amount, usage and age of the equipment to be serviced.
